Great location-easy access to downtown Washington (metro, even a long walk) and Crystal City itself has lots of attractions (shopping, walking, parks). One can usually find free overnight parking on the streets. Hotel has great food choices at the bar.

I love the hotel itself it was nice and clean the staff was very professional and helpful. I love the bartender we had our first night he made the best drinks. The rooms were nice and spacious the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The location is very convenient, plenty of restaurants and stores close by in walking distance. The mall is about a 15-minute walk, and the drive to DC is only 10 minutes. If you don't want to pay to park there, my overall experience was good. I would definitely stay there again.

The room is clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is only 3-4 mins walking to the Crystal City metro station, and there are only several metro stations away to the Capitol. There is a street with many restaurants and pubs that is only 6-7 mins walking distance from the hotel. If you want to visit the Capitol, the museums and Washington monument, strong recommend to stay in Crystal City rather than the Washington DC downtown which is more expensive.

The hotel was very clean and my room was exactly like the pictures online. I was very satisfied with the level of comfort in my room. I liked how close the location was to Reagan National Airport and how easy it was to get to Washington D.C. (for sight seeing).

The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable! I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and relaxed in the dining area. The front desk staff were very pleasant. When I arrived, I checked in and dropped my bags in the room so I could return a borrowed car. I was only parked for about 10 minutes and the staff was kind to validate my parking so I didn't have to pay $20 for 10 minutes. The shuttle to the airport was perfect. At a week of meetings, my night here was just what I needed.

The rooms were nice, but a bit small for four people. We had to move rooms due to some mechanical problems that required some extra repair time. Our second room was exactly the same as the first. That is without the mechanical issues. Customer service was excellent. In fact Hamid in the breakfast area was excellent. He provided maybe the best customer service we have ever received.

The location was convenient (across from metro station) and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Although the prices are high for all hotels, this location still comes out less expensive than most in the area.
