The Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport

The staff was exceptional - very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Hotel and room was great and I got a very good deal on Booking.com for a nice big room with a king bed in 4 star hotel. It was 1 block away from the Metro on the yellow line, which made it easy to get to all tourist destinations, and 1 Metro stop away from DCA airport. Although the area is mainly office buildings and condos, I found cafes very close by and there are other restaurants not too far.

I love the location because extremely close to the Crystal City subway station entrance; the bar staff being available right when I checked in for lunch time, the cleaning staff was super understanding on days when I had to stay in a bit later to reschedule house cleaning.

It was very clean , relaxing , peaceful and convenient to alot of places . We didn’t really have to drive too far for food nor entertainment

The location was perfect. The Metro is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants around as well. Also, the staff members I interacted with were very friendly. The shuttle from the airport was a plus as well.

The staff was so accommodating! I had inadvertently booked the room for a day later than we wanted to stay. We showed up after travelling 18 miles and I was not feeling well. The staff at the front desk were more than happy to help us get into a room as soon as possible. We were able to get rested up and get back to the airport to continue our journey. I am ever grateful for the helpful people who work there. Oh, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I slept like a baby!
